PromptDecisionMethodでは、まず台本の初見を最も重視します。
私はこれをファーストインパクトと呼んでいます。
初見では絶対に自分の意見を持たずに読むことを徹底します。
たとえ自分の役が判明していても、それを完全に排除した状態で読む必要があります。
そして、一字一句間違えずに読み進めることを求めます。
その理由は明確です。
最初に自分の意見や印象を持ってしまうと、
その先入観（バイアス）から逃れることが非常に難しくなるからです。
また、自分の役がわかっている状態でその視点から読んでしまうと、
他の登場人物や全体の構造を見落とし、物語のテーマそのものを誤って解釈してしまう危険があります。
さらに、一字一句を正確に読むということは、
セリフを感覚的に誤って覚えてしまうことを防ぎます。
感覚で読むと、印象で覚え、やがてセリフを「創作」してしまう。
一度そうなると、後から修正するのはほとんど不可能です。

ファーストインパクトとは、
自分の癖を見つめ、固定観念を取り除き、
“真に作品と出会う瞬間”を作るための最初の門です。
In the Prompt Decision Method, the first reading of the script is given the highest importance.
I call this stage the First Impact.
During the first reading, one must read without forming any opinions.
Even if you already know which role you will play, that awareness must be completely set aside.
You must also read every single word accurately, without skipping or altering anything.
The reason is simple: once you form an initial opinion or impression,
it becomes extremely difficult to free yourself from that bias.
Furthermore, if you read the script from your own character’s perspective too early,
you risk overlooking other roles and the structure of the story as a whole.
This can lead to a complete misinterpretation of the central theme.
Reading each word precisely also prevents you from memorizing lines incorrectly through intuition.
When you rely on impressions, you begin to “create” your own version of the lines —
and once that happens, correction becomes nearly impossible.

The First Impact is the first gateway —
a moment to observe your own mental habits, remove preconceptions,
and truly encounter the work as it is.
